Drag the handles to roughly select the region (like before).

Hold down the SHIFT key. While SHIFT is pressed drag either handle to fine adjust the loop points. Release the mouse before you release the SHIFT key, otherwise it will jump.

Use the new ZOOM knob to set the amount of zoom on both loop windows.
